Welcome to ShoreWaterArt by Christine Shore –
I grew up writing stories, poems and in journals rather than painting or drawing. I was surprised to find in my adult years a watery language that spoke to me like a tranquil meditation. Watercolor painting has helped me reach a peaceful place inside myself. In painting I have found a harbor where I can rest my worries and feel productive, rejuvenated and truly calm.
My intuitive style is a mixture of abstract and impressionistic. My artwork is inspired by memories, music, imagination, occasionally photos and plein air.
My personal mission is to send messages of love along with original ShoreWaterArt paintings to Cancer patients, the Elderly and those in Hospice.
